Central diabetes insipidus: 60 u03bcg three times daily; Primary nocturnal enuresis: 120 u03bcg at bedtime, may increase to 240 u03bcg.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to desmopressin
- Nephrogenic diabetes insipidus
- Moderate/severe renal insufficiency
- Known hyponatraemia

- Headache
- Dizziness
- Nausea
- Vomiting

- Adhere to fluid restrictions
- Monitor for signs of hyponatraemia
- May cause somnolence and dizziness
