Indication

600 mg orally, once daily, preferably at bedtime on an empty stomach.
Special Populations
- Hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment
- Elderly patients
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
May cause fetal harm; contraindicated in pregnancy. Not recommended during breastfeeding.

- Weight < 40 kg
