Adults: 50 mg once daily; East/Southeast Asians: 25 mg once daily. Adjust based on platelet counts.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

  • Cyclosporin
  • Polyvalent cations

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to eltrombopag

  • Nausea
  • Diarrhea
