Indication
Symptomatic relief of rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gouty arthritis, acute pain, primary dysmenorrhoea, and post-operative dental pain.
Dosage (summary)
90 mg once daily for RA and AS; 120 mg once daily for acute gout; 120 mg for primary dysmenorrhoea; 90 mg for post-operative pain.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation; may cause uterine inertia and premature closure of ductus arteriosus.

- Hypersensitivity to etoricoxib
- Active peptic ulceration
