Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults: 0.63 mg/3 mL thrice daily; max 1.25 mg/3 mL if needed.
Special Populations
- Children <6 years
- Renal impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not adequately studied in pregnancy; use with caution. Unknown if excreted in breast milk.
Key Drug Interactions
- Beta-blockers may cause severe bronchospasm
- Caution with diuretics and digoxin
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to levalbuterol or ingredients
- Children <6 years
