Dosage (summary)
Adults: 2 sprays in each nostril once daily; Children (2-11 years): 1 spray in each nostril once daily.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Safety in pregnancy and lactation not established.
Key Drug Interactions
- Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors may increase corticosteroid effects
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to ingredients
- Untreated localized infections
- Children under 2 years

- Epistaxis
- Pharyngitis
- Nasal burning
- Headache

- Shake well before use
- Monitor for nasal mucosa changes
- Report visual disturbances
Serious warnings
- Caution in patients with infections
- Potential for adrenal insufficiency during corticosteroid withdrawal
