    Dosage (summary)

    Apply a thin film twice daily, morning and night.

    Special Populations

    • Children
    • Infants

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Not recommended during pregnancy; unknown if safe during breastfeeding.

    Contraindications

    • Herpes simplex
    • Vaccinia
    • Varicella
    • Tuberculosis of the skin
    • Sensitivity to components

    Common side effects

    • Burning
    • Itching
    • Irritation
    • Dryness
    • Folliculitis

    Counselling Points

    • Avoid use in nappy areas
    • Use for short courses only
    • Regular review of therapy necessity

    Serious warnings

    • Not for ophthalmic use
    • Long-term use may cause skin atrophy
    • Caution in facial dermatoses
