Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to moxifloxacin
- Hypersensitivity to quinolones
Common side effects
- Eye irritation
- Eye pain
Counselling Points
- Do not wear contact lenses during infection
- Discontinue at first sign of tendon inflammation
Serious warnings
- Serious hypersensitivity reactions
- Prolonged use may cause superinfection
