Indication

Treatment of HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer.

Dosage (summary)

125 mg orally once daily with food for 21 days, followed by 7 days off.

Special Populations

  • Elderly population
  • Hepatic impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Not recommended during pregnancy; may cause fetal harm. Avoid breastfeeding.
