Not recommended during pregnancy; avoid breastfeeding.

- Hypersensitivity
- Active bleeding
- Severe renal disease
- Severe hepatic disease

- Haemorrhage
- Contusion

- Haematoma
Counselling Points
- Take with or without food
- Monitor for signs of bleeding
- Do not crush tablets for certain patients

- Risk of bleeding
- Caution in renal/hepatic impairment
- Epidural/spinal haematoma risk
