- Flushing

- Nausea
Counselling Points
- Take 1 hour before sexual activity.
- Avoid nitrates and CYP3A4 inhibitors.
- Seek medical help for erections lasting over 4 hours.
Serious warnings
- Risk of cardiovascular events
- Prolonged erections (priapism)
- Risk of NAION
