Indication

Dosage (summary)
50 mg taken 1 hour before sexual activity; max 100 mg/day.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not indicated for women; no studies in pregnant/breastfeeding women.

- Nitrates
- CYP3A4 inhibitors
- Guanylate cyclase stimulators
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to sildenafil
- Severe hepatic impairment
- Severe renal impairment
- Concurrent use of nitrates
- History of NAION

- Flushing
- Visual disturbances
