Indication

50 mg taken as needed, max 100 mg once daily.

- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not indicated for women; no studies in pregnancy or lactation.

- CYP3A4 inhibitors
- Alpha-blockers
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to sildenafil
- Severe cardiovascular disorders
- Severe hepatic impairment
- Severe renal impairment
- Concurrent use with nitrates

- Headache
- Dizziness
- Flushing
- Nasal congestion
- Visual disturbances
Counselling Points
- Take 1 hour before sexual activity.
- Avoid use with nitrates.
- Seek immediate help for prolonged erection.
