Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy; avoid breastfeeding due to potential HIV transmission.

- Avoid with other tenofovir or emtricitabine containing medicines
- Caution with nephrotoxic drugs

- Creatinine CL < 60 mL/min for PrEP
- Creatinine CL < 50 mL/min for treatment
