Indication

Dosage (summary)
30 mg subcutaneously every 4 weeks for the first 3 doses, then every 8 weeks.

- Renal impairment

Not established; avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding unless benefits outweigh risks.

- Hypersensitivity to benralizumab or excipients

- Headache
- Pharyngitis
- Injection site reactions

- Seek medical advice if asthma worsens
- Do not abruptly discontinue corticosteroids

- Not for acute asthma exacerbations
