- Hypersensitivity to atorvastatin
- Active liver disease
- Child-Pugh B and C
- Pregnancy and lactation

- Myalgia

- Constipation

- Report unexplained muscle pain
- Avoid alcohol
- Monitor for liver function abnormalities

- Risk of rhabdomyolysis
