    Dosage (summary)

    5 mg/10 mg to 10 mg/80 mg once daily, individualized based on effectiveness and tolerance.

    Special Populations

    • Renal impairment
    • Hepatic impairment
    • Elderly

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding; use effective contraception.

    • CYP3A4 inhibitors

    • Fibric acid derivatives

    • Hypersensitivity to components
    • Active liver disease
    • Pregnancy
    • Severe hypotension
