Indication

Dosage (summary)
Initial dose: BUPREMED 5 (5 u03bcg/h) for adults; titrate every 3-7 days.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 17 hours, Duration: 7 days
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation; may cause neonatal withdrawal.

- Hypersensitivity to buprenorphine
