Dosage (summary)
Initial dose: SOVENOR u00c6 5 (5 u03bcg/h), titrate every 3-7 days as needed.

Onset: 12 hours, Duration: 7 days.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation; risk of neonatal withdrawal syndrome.
