Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults: 50-100 mg four times daily for treatment; 50-100 mg daily for prevention.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic dysfunction

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in late pregnancy and breastfeeding infants under 3 months.
