1 tablet daily, starting on day 1 of menstrual cycle, without breaks.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to dienogest
- Known or suspected pregnancy

- History of venous thromboembolism
- Cardiovascular diseases
- Severe hepatic disease
- Sex hormone-dependent malignancies
- Undiagnosed vaginal bleeding

- Headache
- Breast discomfort
- Depressed mood
- Acne
- Changes in menstrual bleeding
