- Tachycardia
- Anginal pain

- Hypokalaemia

- Report any allergic reactions
- Monitor heart rate and blood pressure
- Gradually discontinue treatment
Serious warnings
- May exacerbate ventricular dysrhythmias
- Caution in myocardial infarction
- Monitor blood pressure closely
