Indication

Treatment of unresectable or metastatic HER2-positive and HER2-low breast cancer, and advanced HER2-positive gastric cancer.

Dosage (summary)

Breast cancer: 5.4 mg/kg IV every 3 weeks; Gastric cancer: 6.4 mg/kg IV every 3 weeks.

Special Populations

  • Elderly
  • Renal impairment
  • Hepatic impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Embryo-foetal toxicity; contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
