Indication

Dosage (summary)
Loading dose: 4 mg/kg IV over 90 mins; Maintenance: 2 mg/kg weekly.

- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding; effective contraception required during treatment.
