Indication

Dosage (summary)
175 u03bcg once daily via nebuliser.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use with caution; not recommended during breastfeeding.
Key Drug Interactions
- Avoid with other anticholinergics
- OATP1B1 and OATP1B3 inhibitors
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to revefenacin or excipients
Common side effects
- Cough
- Nasopharyngitis
- Upper respiratory tract infection
- Headache
Counselling Points
- Do not use for acute symptoms
- Discard vial after use
- Monitor for signs of glaucoma or urinary retention
Serious warnings
- Paradoxical bronchospasm
- Worsening of narrow-angle glaucoma
- Worsening of urinary retention
- Immediate hypersensitivity reactions
