Risk of neural tube defects; not recommended in first trimester; use with caution in breastfeeding.
Key Drug Interactions
- Rifampicin decreases dolutegravir levels
- Metformin contraindicated
- Antacids decrease absorption

- Moderate/severe hepatic impairment
- Dofetilide
- Pilsicainide
