    Dosage (summary)

    Initial: 400 mg, then 200 mg or 400 mg every 4 hours; max 1200 mg/day.

    Special Populations

    • Elderly

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Contraindicated in third trimester; avoid breastfeeding.
