Dosage (summary)
40 mg every other week for rheumatoid arthritis; 160 mg initial dose for Crohn's, followed by 80 mg at week 2, then 40 mg every other week.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use in pregnancy only if clearly needed; HUMIRA is excreted in breast milk at low levels.

- Hypersensitivity to adalimumab
- Active tuberculosis
- Moderate to severe heart failure
