- Allopurinol (reduce IMURAN dose to 25%)
- Ribavirin (not advised)
- Neuromuscular blockers (monitor effects)
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to azathioprine
- Pregnancy and lactation
- Previous treatment with alkylating agents

- Leukopenia
- Nausea
