- Hepatic impairment

Not indicated during pregnancy; not recommended during breastfeeding.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to active substances
- History of thromboembolic events
- Severe hepatic disease
- Severe renal insufficiency
- Undiagnosed vaginal bleeding
- Known or suspected pregnancy

- Nausea

- Fluid retention
- Hypertension
