Indication

Dosage (summary)
500 mg once daily for bronchitis, pneumonia; 250 mg once daily for uncomplicated UTIs.

- Nausea

- Avoid exposure to sunlight
- Monitor for signs of tendon pain
- Report severe diarrhoea immediately

- Tendinitis and tendon rupture
- QT interval prolongation
- Severe hypersensitivity reactions
