Dosage (summary)
10 mg daily, may increase to 20 mg based on response; lower doses for elderly and hepatic impairment.

Onset: 2-4 weeks, Duration: 30 hours half-life

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended; monitor neonates for withdrawal symptoms.
