Dosage (summary)
250 mg IM every 4-6 hours; 500 mg IV every 4-6 hours.

- Jaundiced neonates
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Safety not established; crosses placenta and into breast milk.

- Hypersensitivity to cloxacillin
- History of penicillin allergy
