    Dosage (summary)

    600 mg orally every 12 hours for 10-28 days depending on infection type.

    Special Populations

    • Elderly
    • Renal impairment
    • Hepatic impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation due to safety concerns.
