Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults: 150 mg/day initially, increase to 300-400 mg/day; elderly: start at 100 mg/day.

Safety in pregnancy not established; contraindicated in breastfeeding.

- Hypersensitivity to trazodone
- MAOIs
- Alcohol intoxication
- Acute myocardial infarction
