Adults: 750 mg u2013 1.5 g/day; serious infections up to 6 g/day.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Safety in pregnancy not established; excreted in breast milk with possible risk of sensitization.
