Indication

Dosage (summary)
500 mg/mu00b2 IV infusion over 10 mins on day 1 of each 21-day cycle.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
- Elderly
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy; may cause birth defects. Discontinue breastfeeding during therapy.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to pemetrexed
- Concomitant yellow fever vaccine
