- CYP3A4 inhibitors
- Simvastatin
- Clarithromycin
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to amlodipine
- Concomitant use with grapefruit juice

- Dizziness
- Headache
- Palpitations
- Abdominal pain
- Oedema

- Monitor for dizziness
- Avoid grapefruit juice
- Report any severe side effects
Serious warnings
- Risk of hypotension with CYP3A4 inhibitors
- Increased risk of pulmonary oedema in heart failure
