Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to amlodipine
  • Concomitant use with grapefruit juice

  • Dizziness
  • Headache
  • Palpitations
  • Abdominal pain
  • Oedema

  • Monitor for dizziness
  • Avoid grapefruit juice
  • Report any severe side effects

Serious warnings

  • Risk of hypotension with CYP3A4 inhibitors
