Indication

Treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults and children over 6 months.

Dosage (summary)

Adults: 400/100 mg twice daily; Children: 3-6 sachets twice daily based on weight.

Special Populations

  • Hepatic impairment
  • Renal impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Not recommended during pregnancy; avoid breastfeeding.

Key Drug Interactions

  • CYP3A4 substrates
  • Rifampicin
  • Colchicine

Contraindications

  • Severe hepatic impairment
  • Hypersensitivity to components

  • Diarrhoea
  • Nausea
