Indication

Dosage (summary)
5 mg daily, may increase to 10 mg; elderly start at 2.5 mg.

- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.

- History of angioedema
- Severe renal impairment
- Bilateral renal artery stenosis
- Aortic stenosis

- Cough
- Hypotension
- Abdominal pain

- Take in the morning before breakfast
- Monitor blood pressure regularly
- Report any signs of swelling or difficulty breathing

- Risk of hypotension in volume-depleted patients
