Starting dose: 3.5/2.5 mg once daily; may increase to 7/5 mg or 14/10 mg if needed.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.

- Hypersensitivity to active substances
- Severe hypotension
