Induction: 1.5-2.5 mg/kg; Maintenance: 4-12 mg/kg/h.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; avoid breastfeeding for 24 hours post-administration.

- Rifampicin

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to propofol or excipients
- Children < 3 years
- Sedation in children < 16 years

- Avoid driving or operating machinery for 24 hours.
- Monitor for signs of respiratory depression.
- Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours post-administration.
