Dosage (summary)
Adults: Initial 1.5 mg/day, max 20 mg/day. Adjust based on response.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 30-60 mins, Duration: 8-12 hours.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use only if necessary in pregnancy; contraindicated in breastfeeding.
