    Not recommended during pregnancy; likely secreted in breast milk.

    • Elbasvir/Grazoprevir
    • Statins (OATP1B1/3 substrates)

    Contraindications

    • Hypersensitivity to fostemsavir
    • Strong CYP3A inducers
