- Hypersensitivity to solifenacin
- Urinary retention
- Severe gastrointestinal conditions
- Myasthenia gravis
- Narrow-angle glaucoma
- Severe renal impairment
- Severe hepatic impairment

- Dry mouth
- Constipation
- Somnolence
- Dizziness
- Blurred vision
