Dosage (summary)
100 mg/mu00b2 on days 1 and 2 for CLL; 90 mg/mu00b2 with rituximab for NHL; 120-150 mg/mu00b2 for multiple myeloma.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 30 mins, Duration: 4 weeks
