    Dosage (summary)

    IV infusion over 30-60 mins; 100 mg/mu00b2 on days 1-2 for CLL; 90 mg/mu00b2 + rituximab for NHL.

    • Hepatic impairment
    • Renal impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.
