284 mg subcutaneously initially, at 3 months, then every 6 months.

- Hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

- Hypersensitivity to inclisiran or excipients

- Use with caution in severe hepatic impairment
- Haemodialysis not for 72 hours post-dosing
