Contraindicated in first trimester; use with caution in later trimesters.

- Dofetilide
- Metformin
- Antacids containing polyvalent cations
Contraindications
- Moderate or severe hepatic impairment
- Hypersensitivity to dolutegravir

- Insomnia
- Headache
- Nausea
- Rash
