    50 mg once daily for treatment-nau00efve; 50 mg twice daily for integrase inhibitor resistant.

    Special Populations

    • Elderly
    • Renal impairment
    • Hepatic impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Risk of neural tube defects; avoid breastfeeding.

    • Dofetilide
    • Metformin
    • Rifampicin
    • Etravirine
    • Efavirenz

    Contraindications

    • Hypersensitivity to dolutegravir
    • Moderate/severe hepatic impairment
    • Co-administration with dofetilide
